The old meets the new at Marriott Marquis Chicago on the city's South Side. The venue is located minutes from many celebrated destinations in Chicago, IL, including Grant Park, Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Soldier Field.

Room Rate: $229.00 USD per night
NAPO has secured a special room rate of $229 per night and local taxes (currently 17.4%) available until March 14, 2025 or until the room block is exhausted, whichever comes first.

First Time Attendee Information
Excited for your first NAPO event? We can’t wait to welcome you! You’ll have the opportunity to participate in a special First Time Attendee Orientation on Tuesday, March 25, from 4:15 PM - 5:45 PM.
To make your experience even better, you can sign up for the NAPO Buddy Program during your registration. As a buddy, you'll be paired with an experienced NAPO member who will offer guidance and support throughout the 2025 Summit. You’ll receive an email introducing your mentor before the event.
If you're a Summit veteran, consider volunteering to be a NAPO Buddy during your registration! It's a great way to help newcomers feel welcomed and make lasting connections.
Dress Code
Dress code at the NAPO2025 Summit is business casual. Consider dressing in layers, as the meeting rooms can fluctuate in temperature.
On Wednesday, March 26 is Wear Your NAPO Colors Day! Dress in your blues, greens and whites.
The President's Reception on Thursday evening invites you to dress to impress—wear elegant white, gold, or silver attire.
Mobile App FAQ
Access to the mobile app will be included in the "Before You Arrive" email the week before the Summit. Please download the EventMobi App in the app store. Access information will be provided closer to the event.
Networking Receptions and Dine Arounds
Tuesday, March 25
- Kickoff Cocktail Party at 5:15pm in the Exhibit Hall
Heavy appetizers provided and beverages available with drink tickets that you’ll receive in your attendee badge.
Wednesday, March 26
- Dine Arounds or Hang Around
NAPO will have a group of restaurants that attendees have the option to sign up for on Wednesday evening. Attendees signed up for Dine Arounds will meet at registration to walk or rideshare to their restaurant destination. Attendees who wish to stay at the hotel are welcome to "Hang Around" with other attendees in the 1st floor food hall.
Thursday, March 27
- Chapter Photographs starting at 6:00pm
A schedule of your photo time block will be sent 1-2 weeks prior to the conference. - Reception starting at 7:30pm
Buffet & appetizers provided and beverages available with drink tickets that you’ll receive in your attendee badge.

Self-Parking is conveniently located for guests via Skybridge in Lot A of McCormick Place.
Skybridge connectivity to the Marriott Marquis Chicago is located on the 3rd Floor of Lot A.

- Non-Overnight Guests: Self Parking pay stations are available in Lot A upon your departure. In and Out privileges are not included.
- Overnight Guests: Self Parking will be added to your rooms bill at $39 a night. Your room key will act as your access pass to Lot-A. In and Out privileges included.
VALET PARKING
Limited Valet Parking services on a first-come/first-serve basis.
Guests’ room keys will provide in/out access for Self-Parking in Lot A for overnight guests.

The closest airport to the Marriott Marquis Chicago is Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW), located approximately 20 minutes or 10 miles from the venue/hotel. For another flight option, Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is about 30 minutes or 18 miles from the venue/hotel.
