NAPO’s mission is to empower its members by providing quality education, fostering connections through a vibrant knowledge-sharing community, and offering opportunities to elevate their skills and expertise.

Strategic Program Areas

  • Executive Leadership: The Executive Committee will provide engaged leadership and informed decision-making to ensure the association’s operations are aligned with our Strategic Guiding Principles and Operational Core Values.
  • Professional Development: The Professional Development Program Area defines and evolves the educational content strategy to support members through all stages of their career by providing relevant, timely, and industry-leading continuing education, and offering the highest quality credential in the profession. 
  • Member  Engagement: The Member Engagement Program Area fosters opportunities for members to connect, engage, and grow professionally and personally with the goal to drive member satisfaction and retention. 
  • Public Awareness: The Public Awareness Program Area communicates the value of NAPO and its members’ services to the public to support diverse membership growth and promote the benefits of productivity and organizing services. 
  • Volunteer Engagement and Leadership Development: The Volunteer Engagement and Leadership Development Program Area guides and supports current and future volunteers to ensure satisfying volunteer experiences that strengthen professional and personal growth.
