3-4: Organizing the Invisible: Women, ADHD, and Emotional Labor Regina Lark, CPO
INTERMEDIATE Emotional Labor is a valuable component to the well-being of every family system, and yet it is invisible. The workplace would not function at the human level without it, and yet it is unwritten and unwaged. Society calls it “a labor of love.” Sociologists and journalists call it “emotional labor.” Our clients with ADHD call it “overwhelm.” This session begins the conversation. Regina Lark, CPO
