Monica Ricci

Monica Ricci founded Catalyst Organizing in 1998 and has helped hundreds of clients be organized, more productive and happier. She has written for and has been quoted in countless print publications, served as a TV and radio spokesperson for Office Depot, Rubbermaid, JCPenney, Dymo, Chase, Beazer Homes and several other companies.

Monica has shared her expertise and message on many stages, podcasts, radio, national television including Fox & Friends, CNN and HGTV and she hosted her own radio show, “Organization Nation,” from 2006 to 2008. In 2016, she created Leaders Inspiring Leaders Success Panels to bring an engaging leadership-centered conversation to conferences and corporate events.

Today, in addition to being a panel leader, she continues to speak and coach on presentation skills, empathy-based customer service, and cultivating a success mindset.
