Having employees gives you the opportunity to ramp up your revenue because you are making money on your team members, not just on your own billable rate. However, this can be challenging if you've not done it before! Your employees reflect you when they are working with clients or vendors, and so many of us hire without really thinking through our needs or what will really be the best for the company. Your team should be well trained, hard working, dedicated, and be an amazing representative of everything you have worked so hard to create. Liz Jenkins is a 15 year veteran in the organizing & move management world with a team of 14. A Fresh Space specializes in high level moves and finely detailed organizing with impeccable and constantly evolving systems and processes. Liz has crafted an amazing team and company culture that makes her employees not want to leave. She lives in Franklin, TN right outside of Nashville with her husband and college-age daughter. She's a kitten foster mom, an adventurous cook and eater, and, as you probably already know, is a big fan of a box wine.
