NAPO2020

NAPO2020 Annual Conference

Dear NAPO Members, NAPO2020 Attendees, and Friends,

The NAPO Board and HQ Team have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak over the past several weeks on a daily basis. As its impact on the world continues to change constantly and as NAPO2020 gets closer, the NAPO Board has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s conference.

Those of us who look forward to connecting and learning at NAPO’s Conference are disappointed for sure. As you can imagine, this was a tough decision to make; however, it was one which we felt was in the best interest of the health and well-being of our members, their family, their friends, and their clients.

Anyone who has registered for the NAPO2020 Annual Conference will be receiving a full refund of their original registration fee. Additionally, those of you who canceled after February due to the Coronavirus and have already received a partial refund, will receive a credit for the remainder of your registration fee. Please be patient as we process the refunds by allowing us 10-15 business days.

If you previously contacted NAPO HQ via email requesting a cancellation, please consider this as your official response that your registration fee will be credited.

Yes, we will miss the opportunity to “Focus, Pursue and Become,” the celebration of 35 years of NAPO, “Flip Flops and Lemon Drops,” and informal gatherings. We will also have a deeper appreciation for this annual event and will look forward to connecting in 2021.

Our amazing Conference Program Committee, led by Wendy Buglio, and our dedicated HQ team have planned an incredible conference. We will be working with them and our Conference speakers to strategize on what our next steps will be. This is not something NAPO has ever experienced, so it will take time to figure out. We will update you as future plans unfold.

Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to swim through these uncertain waters together.

Sincerely,
NAPO Board of Directors
