Come meet and greet our NAPO National President-Elect Karen Baker and Member Director Aimee Olson at the next in-person SFBA meeting on February 12th! We're encouraging you to "show your love" for not only for NAPO, but also for our amazing SFBA Chapter!
Dinner will be provided starting at 5:00 pm, with the chapter meeting starting at 6:30 pm.
Additional location details:
- Located under the loading dock with the stringed lights
- When you turn onto Linden street enter the large parking lot to the right
- Drive down towards the loading dock with the stringed lights
- You will see a large yellow beam and our black door that reads "Jack London"

About the Speakers
Karen Baker is the owner of SOHO Productivity Solutions, a business
organizing and productivity consulting company based in Houston, Texas. Since 2008, Karen has helped countless clients get organized, boost their productivity, and regain control over their work lives. Her approach balances cutting-edge technology
and time-tested fundamentals, offering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
Karen's background is as unique as her business. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Duke University, a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and a master's degree in sports management from the University of San Francisco.
This eclectic academic background informs her distinctive perspective on organization and productivity, and her ability to incorporate insights from those three disciplines sets her apart from others in her field.
In addition to leading her own company, Karen is actively involved in the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO). She has served in various volunteer roles at both the local and national levels and is the President-Elect
for the 2024-2025 term. Her leadership roles within NAPO underscore her commitment to advancing the field of productivity and organization and her dedication to supporting her peers.
Before starting SOHO Productivity Solutions, Karen spent a decade in the sports industry, working in marketing, community and media relations, and operations. This experience honed her skills in managing complex systems, coordinating teams, and adapting
to fast-paced environments. Her passion for sports continues to thrive, as she's a passionate fan of Duke basketball and the Houston Astros.
Known for her friendly demeanor and practical approach, Karen has a talent for making complex ideas relatable, using stories, analogies, and real-life examples. Whether addressing a group of business professionals or leading a workshop for entrepreneurs,
Karen's goal is to empower others to achieve their best and motivate them to pay it forward.
Aimee Olson is a Productivity & Organizing Coach, speaker, and founder
of Life Done Simply, a coaching business focused on strategies that help her clients SLOW down, SIMPLIFY their lives, and PRIORITIZE their time so they can LIVE like no one else.
Aimee serves on the NAPO Board of Directors as a Member Director, acting as board liaison for the Education Advisory Committee and Nominating/Leadership Development Committee. Aimee's NAPO service began in 2016 when she became the Director of Communications
and Technology for NAPO Minnesota. She served three years as Chapter President, two years as Chapter Immediate Past President, and was the NAPO Chapter Relations Committee Co-Chair and NAPO Ambassador for the Pacific Northwest region.
In 2018, Aimee ditched her "sticks-n-bricks" and set off to live on the road in an RV with her partner and their golden retriever. Living and working on the road has enabled her to challenge the status quo, lead from the road, and inspire others to let
go and dream big.
