Jen Cazares

Jen Cazares, President of Livable Spaces® LLC is a Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization®;, with specialties in hoarding disorder, ADHD, issues with Aging and Chronic Disorganization. In addition, she is a Certified Virtual Organizing Professional™, and author. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, she has spent nearly a decade working with hundreds of clients with hoarding disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), Obsessive-compulsive Disorder (OCD), and other factors that contribute to chronic disorganization. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in English, and a BBA in Business Administration. In her corporate life, she was a Human Resources Manager, then turned Chef/caterer and restaurateur. Some still know her as Jen the Chef and culinary instructor, but the moment she learned that professional organizing was a profession, she immediately dropped the apron and jumped in with both feet! Jen has always had an affinity for helping others who are neurodivergent and went ALL IN and developed the life-changing SHiFT® Method, wrote the book on it, literally, and now uses the SHiFT® Method to help other professional organizers, and SHiFT® the lives of individuals affected by brain-based conditions.
