Conquer the Fundamentals 

GENERAL

To move projects forward, it’s essential to communicate as clearly as possible – especially with clients/prospects. Attendees will learn a myriad of strategies to conquer communication challenges Organizing Pros face. Discover communication methods to strengthen relationships and breakthrough to the utterly resistant. Learn effective ways for communicating on tough issues as well as powerful ways to influence and persuade. Plus, attain presentation skills that will make you stand out in a positive way with any audience.

Session Objectives:
- Have ways to proactively communicate with clients and prospects for maximum success.
- Clearly understand how-to navigate touchy communication situations with specific words to avoid and phrases to use.
- Be able to employ techniques for removing nonverbal barriers to communication (that you likely didn't even know were there!).
- Understand how to leverage influential and persuasive communication for new business conversations, networking and prospecting.
- Depart with new skills to deliver stand-out presentations to lead to desirable outcomes.

Audience Participation: 
In general as time allows, I will often walk around the room before the session and poll arriving attendees to learn a little bit about what they do, their role and chat about why they chose to attend my session. Based on the feedback I interact with attendees to engage them on the areas I know they care about. I often will ask a question and ask someone to share - those conversations before my session help with that. I try to identify at least three attendees who will interact with me. In 90 min sessions, I ask select participants to work with me on scenario using some of what they learned to demonstrate effectiveness. Overall I do my best to make attendees feel good about themselves and their choice of being in my session through personal interactions. I create an environment in which they recognize it is safe to share with me and attendees.
