When clients reach out for help, that doesn’t mean they aren’t experiencing worry and discomfort about working with us. How can we work with that discomfort and ensure progress? This session explores useful concepts we can discover and share if we take time to develop a personal relationship with fear and push the boundaries of our own comfort zones. You’ll walk away with actionable steps to increase connection, ease, and overall effectiveness with clients.

Session Objectives:
- Learn how to build a relationship with the fear lurking behind scary goals.
- Take steps to identify your own uncomfortable challenge.
- Discover how meeting that challenge can facilitate connection and put clients at ease.
