Microsoft® Outlook: Beyond the Basics is an independent seminar and is neither affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, nor approved by Microsoft® Corporation. Many Outlook users understand the software basics, but are unaware of the options available to increase efficiency and workplace productivity. Designed for current PC users of Microsoft® Outlook 2013, Microsoft® Outlook 2016 or Microsoft® Office 365, this session will teach attendees features beyond simple Mail, Calendar, Task and People management. While attendees are encouraged to bring a PC laptop or tablet, it is not required.

Session Objectives:
• How to customize Outlook to achieve the look and feel that works best for them - The differences in functionality between the cloud and PC versions
• Advanced features within Outlook and when they might use them.
