It's important to make sure you're working with a business you can trust. The NAPO Registered & Insured Program helps members distinguish themselves as properly insured and registered in their jurisdiction.

Program Benefits

Program members recieve:

A Registered & Insured logo (jpg file) for your website, LinkedIn, business cards, etc.
A hyperlink to this webpage explaining the Registered & Insured program to share with clients.
The Registered & Insured logo displayed in your Find a Pro Directory profile, which will increase visibility for geographic searches.

NAPO Registered & Insured does not mean that the business’s products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by NAPO, or that NAPO has made a determination as to the business’ competency in performing services. Businesses are under no obligation to seek NAPO Registered & Insured status, and some businesses do not have the designation simply because they have not sought it.

How to Apply

Applications will be accepted from November 3, 2025 through August 28, 2026. To apply, submit proof of your business registration in your jurisdiction and your business insurance coverage to NAPO by filling out the form below. NAPO staff will verify that the information is valid and up to date, then enroll participants in the program for the upcoming year (January-December). A $30 fee will be collected to cover staff time, record updates, and program services.

Upload current certificate of liability insurance - minimum $100k coverage with $200k aggregate *Must be valid at time of application and effective for the upcoming year.
Insurance Expiration or Cancellation NotificationYour badge may be revoked without insurance renewal throughout the year.	I acknowledge that I am required to notify NAPO of Notice of Expiration or Cancellation of insurance
Upload at least one of the following documents to demonstrate the legal business name and existence.

Business License
IRS notice establishing a FEIN in the name of the business
DBA registration certificate, if operating under a DBA
Certificate of good standing from appropriate state agency
Client Interaction *	I attest that my company regularly uses a written agreement or contract with all client engagements.
Meets Requirements *Outlined requirements reference all data provided in through this application.	I attest that my business meets the outlined requirements of a NAPO Registered & Insured Business
Yearly Maintenance Fee *If your application is approved, in order to receive your digital badge, you will be emailed an invoice for the $30 yearly maintenance fee that must be paid by Friday, January 8th.	I understand that I will not be issued my Registered & Insured badge until my invoice is paid.
As a result of my company being identified as a NAPO Registered & Insured Business *By clicking this box, I am stating that I will defend and indemnify NAPO against any third-party claims made against NAPO arising out of and as a direct result of my company being identified as a Registered and Insurance NAPO program participant.
