Check the submission guidelines below before submitting your photos for use.

Photo Content

• Relevance: Photos should relate to professional organizing and productivity. Examples include:
• Organizing projects
• Before-and-after transformations
• Productivity in action
• Workplace and Team efficiency projects
• Personal efficiency projects
• NAPO chapter or National events.
• Content:
• Candid or action photos preferred
• Should reflect the diverse community of NAPO whenever possible

• Originality: Photos must be original and taken by you. Do not submit stock photos or photos taken by others without permission.
• Permissions: Ensure you have obtained permission from any individuals featured in your photos. If the photos include anyone but yourself, a signed release form from each individual pictured is required. If you don't have one, here is a release form you can use.

Image Formatting

• Resolution: 300 DPI or higher
• Formats: Acceptable file formats are JPEG and PNG.
• Size: Each photo should be under 15 MB.

Legalese

• NAPO reserves the right to not post all submitted images.
• If NAPO publishes your images, NAPO has full rights to the content, including but not limited to edit, mix, duplicate, use, or re-use it in whole or in part as it so chooses. Credit will always be given to the creator of the content.
• Once submitted, NAPO may use your photo at any time. This timeframe extends beyond an individual's NAPO membership.
