Re: Permission to Use Photographs

I, the undersigned, hereby grant NAPO and its representatives the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the following photograph(s) (hereinafter referred to as "the Photos") for any purpose, including but not limited to NAPO’s website, social media, printed publications, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Terms and Conditions:

1. Usage Rights: NAPO is granted full rights to use the Photos in any manner, including but not limited to publication, reproduction, and distribution, without any restrictions or further permissions.
2. No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of the Photos, now or at any time in the future.
3. Attribution: NAPO is not required to include a photo credit or attribution but may do so at their discretion.
4. Alterations: NAPO may alter, edit, or modify the Photos as necessary for their purposes.
5. Ownership: I affirm that I am the rightful owner of the Photos or have the authority to grant this release on behalf of the owner.
6. Rights to Share Photos of Other Individuals: I affirm that any individuals depicted in the Photos have given their consent to be photographed and to have their likeness used in the manner described in this release. I have obtained and can provide, upon request, a signed release form from each individual (or their legal guardian if they are under 18) granting permission for the use of their image in the Photos. I understand that I am solely responsible for any claims or disputes arising from the use of the Photos featuring these individuals.
7. Waiver of Claims: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection with the Photos. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Photos.

Agreement:
By submitting photos to NAPO, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this release form and agree to the terms stated herein.
