Summit Registration Fees

The Summit registration fee includes access to all Summit activities including meals provided during the event. Rates are refundable, less a $75 processing fee, through February 25, 2025.

Attendance Policies

To receive a registration refund, less a $75 processing fee, all cancellations must be received via this form by February 25, 2025 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting napo@napo.net.

Summit Modification or Cancellation

NAPO reserves the right to modify the course’s schedule or program as necessary without notice.  NAPO also reserves the right to cancel this Event, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of NAPO cancellation.

Room Reservations

Cut-off Date: March 5, 2025
Room Rate: $229.00 USD per night

NAPO has secured a special room rate of $229 per night and local taxes (currently 17.4%) for single/double available until March 5, 2025 or until the room block is exhausted, whichever comes first.

Individuals who register to attend Summit will receive a link to reserve their hotel room in their Summit registration confirmation email. Note: To guarantee a double room, the rate will be $249.
