This new method of conference participation is a great solution for those members for whom distance, timing and/or pricing is an obstacle. On Monday, September 12, we will be proud to present our two new NAPO Specialist Certificates: Workplace Productivity and Residential Organizing. Our Education Committee and NAPO University Instructors have worked tirelessly to offer you this new program.

The NAPO Specialist Certificates offer an opportunity to NAPO members to improve and display their knowledge specifically within workplace productivity and residential organizing. In order to earn a NAPO Specialist Certificate you must complete a minimum of eight classes from a selection of Core classes, Client Interaction classes, and Skills classes.

Look for another announcement soon explaining the NAPO Specialist Certificate Digital Badge, a third-party certified, public-facing representation of your gained knowledge!

BeginningSeptember 1st, when you have items to be donated, please snap a picture. Post the picture to your social media accounts using #NAPOCaresChallenge, tag the non-profit organization receiving the donation and tag a fellow Organizer to 'challenge' them to participate.

NAPO.NET TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS 
We are very excited about the new NAPO.net and glad that you are exploring your new space. Here are four troubleshooting tips: 
1. If you are no longer receiving emails from POINT, or if you started receiving emails from POINT and don't wish to have them in your inbox, for instructions to change your settings, click here.
2. If you have not yet logged on to the new website, please use the User ID from the old NAPO website and the password changeme1 
3.  If you are not appearing in one of your POINT communities or in your chapter, please notify NAPO HQ using the Contact Us form on NAPO.net
4. We are still working out some kinks with the Find an Organizer directory. If you cannot find yourself using the zip code search, please allow us a few more weeks before reaching out to NAPO HQ. We are hoping to have all directory kinks worked out by Monday, December 20th. 
In the meantime, please take advantage of new member benefits for Professional members, including two free SIG memberships and including a head shot in the Find an Organizer directory at no extra charge. If you need further instructions on how to change your profile, please watch this video.

The website and database vendor is working as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
