NAPO-DFW is educating the public regarding the importance of careful preparation and planning to effectively deal with emergencies and natural disasters by holding an open meeting to the public. *Discussion of emergency preparedness for our area with a Dallas Area Firefighter *Discuss the need and provide a checklist for creating an Emergency Supply Kit & Demonstation of a Kit *Provide Ready Set Prepare Activity Books for Children ages 4-7 for attendees and membership to share with clients *Provide information about the different types of emergencies that could occur and the appropriate responses |
