NAPO Members who register by December 31, 2016 can reserve their spot at conference with a 50% deposit and the balance due by January 31, 2017.

Cancellation Policy:

NAPO® will refund the registration fee only with written request sent to napo@napo.net. Registration payments made will be refunded in full, less a $100 processing fee, if you cancel prior to Dec. 31, 2016. If you cancel between January 1, 2017 and March 26, 2017 registration payments will be refunded in full, less a $150 processing fee. Registrations cancelled after March 26, 2017 will be refunded in full, less a $250 processing fee.
 
NAPO® reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
