More Information
I am a recent college graduate currently working part time as I explore the logistics of launching a professional organizing career. I am most interested in working with downsizing and households preparing for a move. I believe I am also well-suited to working with professional and business clients as a consultant. The psychology of hoarders is also a field I am interested in exploring, as my paternal grandmother exhibited many of those qualities.

I spent the past 6 months as a member of AmeriCorps NCCC, traveling the West Coast with a group of 10 like-minded young adults, providing boots-on-the-ground service to a variety of non-profit and governmental organizations including a Disciples of Christ summer camp outside of the San Bernardino Valley CA, a wildlife rehabilitation center in western Oregon, and the Nez Perce Native American Tribe at their governmental seat in Lapwai, ID.

Prior to that, I spent a summer working part time at a pottery studio, where I learned the hands-on techniques of wet clay working as well as wheel-throwing, provided front-desk customer service, and gained exposure to many of the challenges involved in running a small business.

In the summer of 2013, I walked 500 miles across northern Spain, part of a group of 12 from my university, on the historic pilgrimage route known as the Camino de Santiago. One of the goals on my bucket list is to return to Spain one year and do it all over again.
