* Please note: New provisional memberships created online will be activated the following business day. New active memberships (including the Professional Organizer Directory listing) will be activated within one business day after receipt of business or employment documentation.

It is the policy of NAPO that membership dues are non-refundable. Any requests for exceptions to this policy must be submitted in writing for consideration by NAPO and will be decided on a case by case basis.

There is a 30-day grace period following the membership expiration date. If a membership has lapsed for more than 30 days and up to 90 days, members may keep their original "member since" date by paying a $75 reinstatement fee (in addition to their membership dues renewal fee). These payments must be received within 90 days of their membership expiration date. Otherwise, the "member since" date will revert to the date of membership reinstatement and the member will be charged a $20 processing fee.

Member Type Description
Active Member Individual with more than one year of experience doing business primarily in the field of organizing services. (Documentation of experience is required.)
Provisional Member Individual who has been doing business primarily in the field of organizing services for less than one year.
