Hotel rooms are now sold out at the Boston Park Plaza and at the Radisson Hotel Boston.
NAPO has recently been informed that rooms at the Radisson are sold out on Friday, March 24th. However, please call the Radisson to verify this information as some reservations might have been canceled allowing more rooms to open up.
Due to the limitations at the Radisson, NAPO has contracted additional rooms at the Jury's Boston Hotel (4-star property), located one block from the Boston Park Plaza. To make reservations, please call the Jury's Boston Hotel at 617/532-3800 (hotel reservations) or 877/587-9787 (central reservations). You will need to mention that you are with NAPO to get the group rate of $199 single/double. Add $20/pp/night for triple and quadruple occupancies. The cut-off date for this rate is February 28, 2006, or until rooms are sold out. Reservations may be made after this date on a space- and rate-available basis. For further information on the Jury's Boston Hotel, please call the hotel directly at 617/266-7200 and/or visit the hotel’s Web site at www.jurysdoyle.com.
The Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers is located in the center of Boston, adjacent to the Boston Common and Public Garden. Nearby are the city’s best shops as well as historic sites, museums, and theaters. For more information about the hotel and its amenities, please visit www.bostonparkplaza.com.
NAPO has negotiated the following special conference rates:
- $159 single/double*—Standard guest room
- $189 single/double*—Deluxe guest room (more spacious than a standard guest room)
- $209 single/double*—Tower Club rooms (includes access to the club lounge with complimentary refreshments and wireless Internet).
*The charge for an additional person in the room is $25.
Please note: The sleeping rooms are very small. It is strongly suggested that you plan on no more than two people to a room, unless you reserve a deluxe room. Some deluxe rooms have two bathrooms.
NAPO strongly suggests that you make your reservation as soon as possible, but before February 17, 2006, as hotel space is limited. Late reservations will be taken on a space-and-rate-available basis.
It is important to mention that you are attending the NAPO Conference. The special NAPO rates apply to the conference dates as well as 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, subject to availability.

While You’re in Boston
The Athens of America, City on a Hill, the Hub of the Universe—all have been used (perhaps immodestly) to describe Boston, a city of stunning contrasts—Beacon Hill’s 18th-century townhouses and downtown’s 21st-century skyscrapers; a world-class symphony orchestra and a World Series–winning baseball team; a park system known as the Emerald Necklace and the nation’s largest public works project, known as the Big Dig. It’s a city with something for everyone, whether you like to shop, dine, or visit museums or historic sites. More information to help in planning your visit is available through the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau Web site, www.bostonusa.com.
