1) How do I request my Web ID? How do I request my Password?
You may request your Web ID by following the instructions below.
You cannot request your Password. It is encrypted in our system, for security purposes. However, you may reset your Password
Request your Web ID and reset your Password by doing the following:
- Click on “Log In” in the upper right hand side of the site
Directly below the Member Login area, you will see the following message:
Forgot your login information?
We can help.
- Click on the word “help” on the page (or above) and you will be taken to the Forgot Web ID and/or Password page
- Enter the email address used on your NAPO membership record
- Click the “Request Credentials” button
- An email will be sent to the email address used on your NAPO membership record. The email will confirm your Web ID and will provide you with a new Password.
- Go to the NAPO Web site and log in, using this Web ID and Password.
- Once you are logged in, you may change your Web ID and/or Password via the Login Info. tab in the Edit Profile menu
2) Where can I find my NAPO Member ID#?
If you don’t have your NAPO Membership Card, you can find your NAPO Member ID# on the NAPO Web site:
- Log in to the NAPO Web site by clicking on “Log In” in the upper right hand side of the site
- Go to the “For Members” tab
- Click on “Edit Profile” in the right navigation menu of the “For Members” Tab
- Go to your Name Tab; you will see the field “NAPO Member ID#”. This is your NAPO Member ID#. [Please note: the NAPO Member ID# field will appear “grayed out”, indicating that you are unable to change this information.]
3) I am a NAPO member. Why isn’t my name listed in the NAPO Professional Organizer Directory?
Only Active Members are listed in the Professional Organizer Directory. If you are a Provisional Member, you will become an Active Member upon dues renewal following your Provisional membership year, and will then be listed in the Professional Organizer Directory. If you are an Active Member and are not listed in the Professional Organizer Directory, please contact NAPO.
