Leaders Inspiring Leaders: Winning Strategies for Personal and Business Growth is a general session roundtable and audience Q&A session offering motivation, inspiration and information. Comprising four panelists from outside the organizing industry, the panelists will share their experience in leadership as well as offer strategic and specific takeaways that NAPO members can implement right away. Success comes from being a lifelong learner, so join us for this inspiring and informative general session!

Monica Ricci

Monica Ricci has been helping people create simple, joyful, powerful lives since 1998. Monica is a CPO®, an 18-year NAPO volunteer, a speaker, author, blogger and spokesperson. She's also a proud recipient of the NAPO Founders’ Award. In her nearly 20 years in the field of organizing and productivity, she has shared her expertise on Fox & Friends, CNN.com and HGTV’s MISSION: Organization, along with many other appearances on both radio and television. She believes the keys to a happy successful life is continuous curiosity, lifelong learning, and letting go of everything from physical clutter to grudges, fears and expectations. Monica and her fabulous husband live in Atlanta and they love travel, music, great food, wine and time with friends.

Stephen Drum is a combat-tested Navy SEAL senior enlisted leader with 25 years of leading and developing high-performance teams. Stephen has trained and led special operations forces on high-risk missions across the globe. During his time in the SEAL Teams, he trained, mentored and advised U.S. and Foreign Partner Special Operations Forces at all levels of leadership. He uses his unique leadership experiences working with a wide variety of cultures and age groups to effectively coach organizational leaders on how to maximize collaboration, commitment, and enhance execution.

 


Jennifer Cyra is a global executive leader and an independent consultant to the retail and consumer products industry. She previously held roles of Senior Vice President at Office Depot and OfficeMax, Vice President-GMM at Sears Holdings and has extensive international experience in Asia, Europe and Canada.  Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Human Ecology, where she has recently been appointed to the Board of Visitors.  A committed champion of diversity and inclusion with a passion for advancing women in leadership, Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for Illinois Diversity Council, Chicago Dramatists and the Presence-Resurrection Community Leadership Board.

 


Dwight Zivo began his career in insurance at Price Waterhouse Coopers, staying there for ten years before opening his own American Family Insurance brokerage at age 30. Within seven years he was the number one agent out of over 4,000, and he grew his insurance agency to 8 employees before founding NB Independent Brokerage. Dwight attended Illinois Wesleyan University where he played college basketball and in addition to being an insurance executive, Dwight also spent 8 years as a travel basketball coach for middle and high school age students.

 

Sabrina Bailey is the Global Head of Retirement Solutions at Chicago’s Northern Trust. Sabrina is responsible for the development and deployment of Northern Trust’s defined contribution strategy globally and she leads the talents and resources of the Retirement Solutions team. Sabrina was named to Crain’s Chicago "40 Under 40"  for 2016, she has addressed industry groups and been quoted in Financial Times, Pension and Investments, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Sabrina served as the US Defined Contribution Segment Leader for Mercer Investments. She was also the Office Leader for Towers Watson Investments in Seattle, and she began her career as an investment consultant and researcher.
